As I mentioned in my research paper earlier sweatshops exploit their workers; giving them dangerous working conditions and very low wages. In fact, sweatshop earnings even compared favorably to the average incomes in the countries where they were locate. They are not even helping them out of poverty, they’re keeping them afloat by a little. Meaning they will never get out of poverty, and will be forced to stay working.

People might have multiple perspectives to argue why something is right and is helping others. People argue that sweatshops are bad and others that is good . According to buzzfeed “Those are precisely the jobs that were the steppingstone for Singapore and Hong Kong, and are the jobs that have to come to Africa [and the rest of the Third World] to get them out of their backbreaking rural poverty.” This is important because is showing another perspective someone else has. It proves that people think that they should be more sweatshops, since is gonna help people get out of poverty |
